Here's a great question/answer from "Go Ask Alice". Women in the USA are often socially conditioned to feel like if they enjoy sex or masturbate it makes them "bad". If women would just let their guards down for a bit, they'd discover the wonderful world of orgasms-all different kinds!
If you don't know your own body, how do you expect anyone else to? It's up to you ladies out there to not only know your bodies but also be able to communicate your wants and needs to your partners.
In this article (click on the blog entry heading to get the link-"SEX:Something that..."), a young woman is experiencing orgasms during exercise on a regular basis. Her "partner" is her ab roller. My point is this...orgasms are there for the having. Be creative, be safe, and don't let our prudish society put the breaks on your sexuality. Enjoy every bit of who you are!

I think I can definitely relate to some of the things that Alice mentioned. For instance, the whole motorcycle thing was so true when I was on one over the summer. It's amazing now that I think about it, how the littest things can turn me on or get me off!
Well that is one lucky girl!! If I could figure out a way to make excercising for work me like (because frankly I couldn't hate it more!) I would be in muchhhhh better shape!....Maybe I need to hire a super hott trainer to kick start the process :)
I just had a baby. I think it's finally time to lose all this baby fat........"Coming honey! Gotta Go! :)
