I have always been annoyed that Sapes need a license for everything from owning a gun to driving a car to practicing therapy but there is no license needed to reproduce. Anyone can bring another Sape into the world without thought or care. People who shouldn't even be breathing the same air as other people because they are so vile, stupid, or horrid can just reproduce without having even a minimum standard of existence.
OK I realize what I'm saying is radical (and mostly tongue-in-cheek). I'm the last person to want bigger government or dismissal of any privacy or freedom in this country but for f-sakes, look at the insanity we live with day in and day out on this blue globe. The above article (Click on WTF: Mother shaves... to read the whole article) is only a mild example of things I've seen parents and other adults to do children in my role as a School Psychologist.

I totally agree with you Professor Val! Having a license to reproduce should exist to prevent sick people with serious issues(like this woman) from multiplying!
It's really absurd about the amount of people who have children and can't raise them. Why the hell are you having kids! Go on birth control or use a freakin condom. that reallyyyy gets under my skin and pisses me off! there are soo many children in this world who are brought into the world accidently and end up with the worst life possible...seriouslyy all these so called parents who don't know how to raise kids need to grow up or stop having sex! grrr
All I have to say is...this woman is insane! I know she wanted to protect her daughter from permiscuity and sex but did she really have to go that far? As the article said it caused her daughter physical and emotional pain. It's just not worth it. Maybe she should have talked to her about the situation first before forcing her to shave her head and pierce her genitals.
