I always love when I run across an article in the paper that accepts and incorporates non Judeo-Christian beliefs into a mainstream article.
In this article (click on ABOUT TIME... to read the full article), the writer interviewed clergy about explaining death to children.
Two things struck me... The first was the mix of clergy interviewed included: a Rabbi, President of an Islamic Center, Methodist Minister, Baptist Minister, and a High Priestess of the Wiccan Religion. The second thing that struck me was the similarity of the gist of the responses.
When will the lightbulb go on for the Sapes out there? There is no right belief system and they are all essentially saying the same things using different words and different dogma...
